| The Background to T Mind |

T mind began trading in 2004 to offer life mangement
tools, coaching and stress management workshops for individuals and staff in companies.
The T Mind Methodology has its beginings more than
20 years ago when Jeff Bateman first trained as
a therapist using "Conscious Connected Breathing"
techniques, a non-analytical form of therapy. Through further experience of counselling and mentoring people in the interim and study of various methodologies and theories the T Mind method was formed.
